Student’s Reading Group: Higher Algebra

As a continuation of the reading group on Infinity Categories, Jonas Heintze and I are organizing a reading group on Higher Algebra, based on Ferdinand Wagner’s K-Theory notes. Philosophy

As can be seen in the syllabus, each session is split into two, meaning that two people will be talking each week. In this way, we hope to reduce the load on each single one of us and force ourselves to engage more with the material, as the preparation would require discussing with a partner. Be aware, that this is not a seminar for which you can get credit points or a grade! But that is the good part about it: we can take ourselves more time to adress questions and have discussions to help us understand the material better, in an appreciative and encouraging environment. Nobody is expected to have answers to every question, but we want to find solutions together.
